The institute will adopt a hybrid methodology anchored in three integrated pillars:
BASIC (40h)
Legal and constitutional foundations, proportional force, communication and de-escalation, documentation and chain of custody.
ADVANCED (80h)
Safe response to complex incidents, preservation of life, scene management and interagency coordination.
INSTRUCTOR (120h)
Applied didactics, competency-based assessment, operational leadership and interagency standardization.
