safety, with over ten years of frontline experience as a Military Police officer in São Paulo, Brazil. Throughout his career, he has served in specialized elite units such as ROCAM (Motorcycle Tactical Patrol) and the Tactical Force, where he developed advanced competencies in high-risk operations, urban patrols, and civil disturbance control. His operational record includes complex missions such as hostage rescues, dismantling organized crime networks, and securing high-profile authorities, consistently demonstrating precision, leadership, and adherence to the preservation of life.

His professional excellence has been recognized through numerous
commendations, including four Personal Merit Laurels, the Fiftieth Anniversary Medal of the Brazilian Association of International Peacekeeping Forces of the United Nations (ABFIP-ONU), and multiple distinctions for exemplary service. Mr. Bueno’s record is further distinguished by integrity and discipline, having completed over a decade of service without a single disciplinary infraction. The Medals;
